A Study of Atezolizumab Versus Observation as Adjuvant Therapy in Participants with High-Risk Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma After Surgical Resection (Roche WO29636)

Objective of the study (Lay terms): A study comparing atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) versus observation after cystectomy. The goal is to see if patients who are receiving atezolizumab will have less chance of their cancer coming back.
