Charles Scales, MD - Fellow, Department of Urology
BIO Charles D. Scales, Jr. is currently a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation/VA Clinical Scholar in the Departments of Urology and Medicine at UCLA. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Scales graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in Chemistry from Harvard University. He completed medical school and residency training in urology at Duke University Medical Center. His current research interests include using administrative claims and other data to understand epidemiology, practice patterns and quality of care for kidney stones in the United States. Dr. Scales also serves on the Board of Directors of the ACGME. |
